I’ve been job hunting for a few weeks now, also known as “Looking for something where nothing is”. I’m either under-qualified (i.e. Don’t have 2-5 years working as a graphic designer at a firm and/or am not a UX/UI designer), or over-qualified (i.e. Am graduating with 2 degrees… neither of which seem to be able to get me a job… and instead make me an undesirable candidate for what my professors would call “shit jobs”) I’m honestly pretty desperate at this point – I have very little money coming in, and still have bills, rent, and tuition to pay. I’m spending more than I’m making, and am coming up to the end of the line real fast.
I feel like the real world just served me a swift kick to the derrière. Life looks bleak.
